The Sixth Mt. Kenya South Rt. Rev'd Canon Charles Muturi was today welcomed to the Diocese of Mt. Kenya Central by Rt. Rev'd Dr. Timothy Gichere.

Bishop Charles Muturi was the Guest Speaker during the second day of the Diocesan Kenya Anglican Men Association Conference.

Bishop Charles engaged the men in a myriad of topics, drawing the following lessons from the book of Nehemiah:

1. Leadership is not in the position but in the action.
2. Identifying with the people
3. Encouraged generosity
4. He knew the capacities of everyone 
5. A great listener
6. He could organize people and projects
7.  He recognized his subordinates 
8.  Delegate responsibility wisely
9.  Faced opposition without fear

The Bishop is accompanied by Rev'd Michael Mnyika, Mr. James Kinyanjui and the Trinity Voices.
